Tuned Arrow Co. Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Because all of our arrows are custom built to your exact specifications, please allow 14–21 business days for your order to be processed, built, and prepared for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at tunedarrowco@gmail.com if your shipment arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We may require photos of the packaging and product to process a claim with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will help you file a claim if necessary, Tuned Arrow Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
