Because all arrows are custom cut and built to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check all specifications before submitting your order.

Damages & Issues
We take pride in the quality of our builds. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at tunedarrowco@gmail.com if your arrows arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom arrows and components after purchase

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exceptions
If an error on our part results in an incorrect build or shipment, we will correct or replace the order at no cost to you.
